Yes, it's possible to cancel or even exchange a product. Please contact us at support@chopzwood.com (within 24 hours of placing the order).

What is the production and shipping time for products?

The production time for a product ranges from 1-4 days depending on customization.

What is the shipping time for my order?

The delivery times are as follows for each country (Working days only):

  • US- 3-10
  • CA- 3-10
  • EU- 2-4
  • GB- 3-5
  • AU- 3-15

Time also depends on customs factors (holding the package at the customs office), which we have no control over.

Can I return a purchased product?

Certainly! If necessary, please contact us at support@chopzwood.com and fill out the return form.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You can choose any courier or postal service that suits you best.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, we ship our products worldwide! Please note that international shipments must go through customs clearance, which may take some time. Additional customs duty may also be charged, which customers must pay upon receipt of the shipment.

How do I care for solid wood products?

Clean the wood with a soft, dry cloth. Use a lightly damp cloth for more thorough cleaning, then wipe dry.

Will the product look the same as in the picture?

Our accessories are made from natural wood, making each product unique, and individual pieces may differ in shade and grain pattern. Despite these natural variations, the appearance and composition of each set are consistent with the presented images.
