Warranty
All products are covered by a 5-year warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or installation
- Mechanical damage resulting from accidents, impacts, or drops
- Chemical damage (e.g., harsh cleaning products, nail polish, spilled liquids)
- Damage caused by prolonged exposure to moisture
- Discoloration or fading caused by sunlight exposure
- Intentional damage, modifications, or misuse
Natural Wood Characteristics
Our products are made from solid wood, a natural material that may naturally exhibit:
- Variations in grain patterns and color
- Minor cracks, knots, or irregularities resulting from the natural properties of wood
- Slight warping due to significant changes in temperature or humidity
- Natural color changes that develop over time
These natural characteristics are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received or simply changed your mind, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
