Where we ship from All orders are processed and shipped from Poland.

Processing time Processing time is individual for each product and stated on the product page. Orders are dispatched once production or preparation is complete, in accordance with the stated timeframe.

Delivery We ship worldwide – to European Union countries, the United Kingdom, the USA, and beyond. Available carriers and shipping costs are displayed individually at checkout, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs The exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout, before the order is finalised.

Customs & taxes (shipments outside the EU) All customs duties and local import taxes are covered by the seller – customers will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
